Mixing Directions

Add one package (85 g) of Poultry Puck® to 2.5 L of water (80-82°C).
Mix 10 seconds in a blender.
Pour into casing. Close casing at top.
Place casing into an ice water bath (<10°C) to gel.
Remove casing and cut into 25 pucks.


Directions for Use

One Poultry Puck® per 100 birds.
Storage: Refrigerate (3-7°C). DO NOT FREEZE.
Use within 14 days of mixing.
